    Hi,

I have considered using these sites as I love watching hockey. Are they available to Canadian citizens? If so, what is the lowest buy in level? Additionally, do you worry about cheating? Can’t people trade players to help each other out to make money? That is my number one worry with sites like these.

I’m not sure if they offer it to candians or not. Sign up and it will give you your answer. You can play for free I never worry about cheating or getting cheated. The site has very strict policies in place and will stop it before it even gets going good.

If you don’t mind me asking, how much do you make playing DFS? And how much work does it take? Are you making picks based on your own knowledge of the sports or are you using any elaborate statistics programs?

I think I remember seeing on 60 Minutes they were showing this guy who makes like 6 figures playing DFS and he was initially using it to pay for grad school, but then dropped out and went full time when the DFS started to really pay for him. He seemed to be some sort of statistics wiz and it looked like he was using some sort of software that generated “perfect lineups”. Is what you’re doing similar to that?

Hey thank you for your comment. I make enough to pay my bills and everything else. I live in a 3 story house on a lake. I have two cars. A wife and 2 sons. So it’s doing pretty well for me. I have been playing for over a decade and some change. I research and study players. I don’t use any software or nothing like that.

    Ted,

Great site. I play both Draft Kings and Fanduel myself. I love the thought of drafting players every week and watching them in their games to see how they perform. I am not really good at it. It seems when I pick someone for my team the ending doing horribly, just to find out the following week they break records. Just my luck.

I play the football side of both of them the majority of the time, but I also play the NASCAR one as well.

I like how you broke the pros and cons up of the APP, it makes a lot of sense.

I will keep checking back with you to see what is updated. Good luck to you.

It seems like that’s how it is. I know exactly what you mean.

Thank you and I wish the same for you.

I have been in doubt about using Draftkings or not for a long time. And then, your reviews showed up. It seems like its pros kind of outweigh its cons here. I love how it’s free to set up and my information can be kept safe. Thanks for sharing all this good information.

Over here in the UK/England, we have something called Fantasy League. It is where you choose a team of Premier League players and they score points based on their performances.
I think programs such as this can be fun, but you have highlighted where it can also be a pain.

Yes it has it’s bummer moments. So does going to work or school. But I learned to seek the good in things. You’ll soon find it’s not so bad after all.

Fantasy League? I may have to look into that for sure. Is it only available in UK?
